How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Why did I lose my progress?

Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or switch devices, your progress cannot be recovered. We're working on cloud sync for a future update.

When does the daily puzzle reset?

A new puzzle is available every day at midnight in your local timezone.

How do hints work?

Hints reveal the next word in the optimal solution path. Using a hint adds +1 to your step count. You start with 10 free hints and can purchase more in the app.

What does Premium include?

Premium removes all ads and gives you access to the full puzzle archive. It's a one-time purchase with no subscription.
